4 Easy Steps in submitting a Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) or Calamity Loan via Email

  • Accomplish the MPL or Calamity Loan Application (Fillable forms are available for download at pagibigfund.gov.ph).
  • Request employer or company authorized signatory to sign the Application Agreement Portion of the form. (Send the copy of the loan application form they should send it back to you with their signature).
  • Scan or take a photo of the following requirements:
    • Accomplished loan application form
    • One (1) valid ID
    • Front and back copy of your cash card (Loyalty Card Plus, LandBank, DBP, UCPB)
  • Send a copy or photo of the above requirements to the designated email address assigned according to your employer’s address.

Pag-IBIG Fund will send a text message that your loan application has been approved and credited to your cash card.
